It's a fast culture, you need to be open to pivoting on a dime. That comes with flux in workload and crunchtime. That being said the people here are incredibly strong and mission focused. Alignment seems to come naturally so while you'll never be spinning your heels, you'll always be working towards a shared goal. The people here really are all on the same team
