What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the sense of comfortability
They help people in need
They're very friendly, and they offer drinks and foods/ fun events
The leadership team is very good at recognizing potential and strengths and letting you pursue them. They seem to care when you've been at something "a long time" and generally remind you to take a break. I do not feel remotely "held back", or like I should be "silent".
They care about our work-life balance and they will go the extra mile to assure that we are feeling good at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very very very good and good
My stock options are amazing
The best part is the insurance that it comes with. It is really great. YOU Guys are the best.

The birth compensation is sing awesome projects into fortnite in all the other games of that you would never see the coldness
Full health coverage, $0 out of pocket on one of the largest medical networks in the country. It doesn't get much better than this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay what I'm entitled to my share
Just a raise will be fine. Times are tough right now.
Maybe I could get a break, or get to call my family

I love everything about this company
We work together as a team
The engineers I work with are kind and care about their work and teammates
They are very great people to me and they make me very happy all of the time and they always try to look out for me.

You know you're working with people who are the best at what they do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Understanding how people interact and how to determine their needs at a fundamental level is something only the greatest of managers do. I'd like to see us do better in that regard.
There are some Great people there - They just havent wised up enough to leave yet - Or they havent gotten caught in the power struggles that breed in this habitat
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better and more consistent pay, leadership who cares about their people, more employee diversity

What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was a bit long, but it was thorough. I have no major complaints.
We always try to help the candidate, even if they don't succeed we will send some links to help learn more about tricky areas

What makes you most happy at work?
My boss gets my jokes and drops a laugh even when they're inappropriately timed. Me being Female is irrelevant to people around me.
Working for a company that makes things I can be proud of. There are always a lot of different projects moving and I am proud of most if not all of them.
