Epic Games Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love the sense of comfortability

They help people in need

They're very friendly, and they offer drinks and foods/ fun events

The leadership team is very good at recognizing potential and strengths and letting you pursue them. They seem to care when you've been at something "a long time" and generally remind you to take a break. I do not feel remotely "held back", or like I should be "silent".

They care about our work-life balance and they will go the extra mile to assure that we are feeling good at work.

They are very accessible, empathetic and actively seeking more ways to help employees.

Somewhat transparent, though this has worsened in recent years.

They are very nice and helpful

Frequent feedback is missing. Sometimes the leadership doesn't care about others growth.

They are Opened, flexible abd strategic.

I dix the game and report probloms

Everyone is comfortable with admitting that they made mistakes. This sentiment allows leadership to handle other people's mistakes with grace.

Commitment to community enablement and a constant effort to do the right thing

They make everything a better experience, at least for me. For the years I've been here they made me feel right where i belong.

Review from Design Dept

I like how they are professional.

Review from Design Dept

I love how the executive board involves we the lower class programmers in all decision making in new games of our own such as over watch, fortnite, borderlands and many more.

Bad, always forcing to go overtime

They are very descriptive and kind
