Epic Games Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very very very good and good

My stock options are amazing

The best part is the insurance that it comes with. It is really great. YOU Guys are the best.

Review from Design Dept

The birth compensation is sing awesome projects into fortnite in all the other games of that you would never see the coldness

Full health coverage, $0 out of pocket on one of the largest medical networks in the country. It doesn't get much better than this.

We have a 50% bonus, private insurance, coaching budget, wellbeing and learning budget

The high salary, especially for UK artists

Everything. The salairy, the time off, the bonus, the stick options and the insurances.

$5000 signing bonus, and quarterly bonus/swag

Stock options will eventually pay for my entire mortgage when they vest.

The bonuses / profit share give everyone a stake in the company's success in a more direct way than I typically see at private companies.

It is satisfactory and awesome.

That i get paid for something i love

Review from Design Dept

It’s really nice to have a compensation package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay what I'm entitled to my share

Just a raise will be fine. Times are tough right now.

Maybe I could get a break, or get to call my family
