  • Volunteer time (one week each year to pursue community service passions). After 3 years of employment, you can apply to take a one month service leave. All employees get 3 weeks of vacation to start, in addition to the office being closed Christmas thru New Year's Day. Three Summer Friday days off June - Sept.

  • Both the Atlanta and Tampa offices are incredible. Tampa has floor to ceiling windows with water views. Both offices have cool hang-out spaces, cafes and common areas.

  • Could be better, but 22squared is focused on making improvements and have working plans in place to increase diversity. Have a lot of women employed and in leadership, so gender diversity is very good. Could do better with race diversity.
