What do you like best about the leadership team?
Made up primarily of employee owners, so there's always easy access to leadership.
They listen. They genuinely care. They know us. The owners are employees and are here in the building.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and recognizing who actually produces the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair salary and excellent PTO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits program, profit sharing or equity would be a nice addition
Other companies pay an average of 10-15,000 more for the same position and if you drive you have to pay monthly for parking ($94.50/month).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cohesive group that maintains friendship even after they depart the company.

Slow it fown, stop changing your minds mid stream. Be more upfront.
