What unique perks and benefits does 22squared provide?
Volunteer time (one week each year to pursue community service passions). After 3 years of employment, you can apply to take a one month service leave. All employees get 3 weeks of vacation to start, in addition to the office being closed Christmas thru New Year's Day. Three Summer Friday days off June - Sept.
What's the office layout like at 22squared?
Both the Atlanta and Tampa offices are incredible. Tampa has floor to ceiling windows with water views. Both offices have cool hang-out spaces, cafes and common areas.
How much diversity is there among employees at 22squared?
Could be better, but 22squared is focused on making improvements and have working plans in place to increase diversity. Have a lot of women employed and in leadership, so gender diversity is very good. Could do better with race diversity.

Positive, impressive culture. Employees genuinely enjoy coming to work.

I leave early on Tuesdays and Thursdays because of my husband's work schedule (teaches in evening and we have 2 kids).

22squared is very flexible when it comes to working remotely. The culture is very supportive of personal time, work-life balance and family.
