  • Better than the referral entry team. People are begging to go to other depts at CAU and there request are ignored

  • This desperately needs work. There are several employees at the MPF that have applied for positions in CAU and the requests have been ignored. No calls, no emails, no nothing. That is disrespectful and just tacky

  • RCH revisiting contract negotiations for mental health. We really are coming up short in that area. It doesn't seem as important as everything else. Genetics received an abundance of help, but mental health doesn't seem a priority for us, and that goes against everything I believe in.

  • Not very. They say our Dept is short staffed even when everyone is here. But you can be fired for the smallest thing. I don't think you can manage or supervise someone if you don't have the knowledge of what they are doing, it's redundant.
