I don't work at the main campus. Internship opportunities aren't offered to employees at the business center

In my Dept, if we are talking accross the board...I would say pretty bad

The expected answer would be, selfless, hardworking, dedicated, and always willing to help a person in need. Unfortunately, alot of those people are taken advantage of and denied the opportunity to train and learn in a different department that can use the help.

We usually get targeted if we say anything management doesn't like. That has been proven multiple times over. To have staff discussing employee business with other employees and management like it's okay is disgusting. No repercussions ever come down the pipeline for management.

It's different for each location, which is odd to me.

It's horrible plain and simple. It's insulting, to be made to train someone that is a higher pay grade than you.

Horrible. You can't take care of anything during the week. You have to sacrifice leaving early or taking a day off for personal medical problems. You have double the work when you come back. You can't forget about your own family just because you have a career at RCH.

The medical side seems to grow faster i.e rehab med/pain. OP mental health seems to have been put on the back burner.

Paid time off is accumulated after so many hrs worked. Always request the time off at least 48 hrs in advance.
