My direct manager is the best. I wouldnt work in the PICU if she were to leave. She values her nurses and treats us like humans
They care abiut their teams.
They've kept the place up and running
That they don't really micro manage you. You are allowed to come and go as you please.
Leadership is changing for the better.
Mentor middle management to treat all team members equally and motivate their teams
Leadership needs to be trained in every aspect possible
Insurance options and package prices
Generous paid leave and sick leave. Yearly salary increases and bonus opportunities.
I get Health, Vision and Dental. They also offer a 401k
I have one. It's great.
While we finally got a raise, health costs stayed the same and insurance is incredibly expensive.
Consistently touting World news rating best in.... but pay disparity between top and bottom earners not 'innovative'
Horrible pay. They allow sick people to work during a pandemic
I feel like they use the excuse of being non-profit as an excuse to not pay us what we are worth, but consistently talk about how much money we've collected or brought in. We have families too and would like to take care of them without worrying about a bill or groceries.
We all get along and help each other
The nurses are truly a family
my coworkers and the teamwork we do here.
Great sense of teamwork. Willing to help others.
I have a large one
invest money into better training for support staff
Coworkers think that they're your boss
First things first is attitude. We all must remember to be thankful for even having a job. To learn how to be positive.
I think we are to old to have "clicks" at work, and trying to get people fired because of personal differences. Very petty towards each other.
We all come from different backgrounds and we all get along great.
Allowed autonomy at current position
Strong reputation in the community.
We learn from each other.
I know I'm helping children and their families.
Fix our building that is falling apart and get us supplies that we need such as a good vein light. Better sleeper chairs for parents and get rid of double rooms!
Getting rid of certain. Have more team building activities, have motivational speeches before each work week.
I was hired through temp agency so it was easy
Interviewers were nice and encouraging
knowing my interview panel as co-workers
Mix of group and individual interviews with individuals from across the organization in leadership and non-supervisory.
Getting to meet the team
Cronyism and favoritism abound at this hospital starting from the top down
The work and coworkers i work with
coworkers and doing what I love
Variety of assignments and duties
Coworkers who feel like family.
That i can stick to myself. What I do in my work is my responsibility. My future is in my hands
Better leadership, more training and better compliance
