Rady Children's Hospital is a great place to work. Leadership genuinely cares about their teams, remote work policies are wonderful and the 20.00 an hour minimum wage is impressive. One of the best employers in San Diego.

'Family' propaganda, but typical executive shortcomings.

Horrible company to work for. Leadership is horrible and they genuinely do not care about their workers

Having to train HCAS 2 as an HCAS I is insulting and feels like a slap in the face.

My direct manager is the best. I wouldnt work in the PICU if she were to leave. She values her nurses and treats us like humans

Consistently touting World news rating best in.... but pay disparity between top and bottom earners not 'innovative'

Horrible pay. They allow sick people to work during a pandemic

I feel like they use the excuse of being non-profit as an excuse to not pay us what we are worth, but consistently talk about how much money we've collected or brought in. We have families too and would like to take care of them without worrying about a bill or groceries.

I think we are to old to have "clicks" at work, and trying to get people fired because of personal differences. Very petty towards each other.

Fix our building that is falling apart and get us supplies that we need such as a good vein light. Better sleeper chairs for parents and get rid of double rooms!

Getting rid of certain. Have more team building activities, have motivational speeches before each work week.
