What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is the best. I wouldnt work in the PICU if she were to leave. She values her nurses and treats us like humans
They care abiut their teams.
They've kept the place up and running
That they don't really micro manage you. You are allowed to come and go as you please.
Leadership is changing for the better.
They are down to earth and understand it's hard to do the job of 3 people since people have quit.

Mentor middle management to treat all team members equally and motivate their teams
