Nothing to brag about just a normal interview, some of the commitments and promised have not been fulfilled or broken.

they have to first have to accept that fact that you are a human with feelings just like them and you deserve respect which covers all areas as far as being a human.

management need to understands we do have personal lives and family outside of work . even though we show our commitment to our jobs we do have a commitment to our families and personal life, management does not display any I Care values when it come to integrity, compassion, accountability .
