There were 3 meetings before a decision. It showed me that they are customer focused and wanted the best for their customers.

I am in Canada. It would be nice to have the same benefits as our USA counterparts. Our medical benefits need upgrading too.

I have worked for Alcon Surgical (sales) for 15+ years. The Alcon Senior leadership team is communicative, progressive and competent. The current employee mood is optimistic and energized for the future. There is not even a hint of discrimination or injustice for employees regardless of demographic
