Leadership team is great they have fun going on daily work and do job happily
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership team is indecisive and cannot make the critical decisions to move the organization forward or assist in providing the support to address the well known challenges

Honesty, transparency and integrity in their dealings with their people.
Make decisions that are good for the company instead of themselves.
Give opportunities to everyone not only to few friends
Very finite short term goal oriented. Does not take a long view on how to actually improve people and processes.
Overall compensation is fair for time in role

Overall it’s good, nothing in particul
Healthcare, stocks, life insurance anc 401k.
Business and individual performance based.
the cost is median and the benefits are good
Hire people for talent so that people who work dont get overworked.
Favoritism is everywhere with the leadership team
getting paid fairly, salaries are below the mid point of the salary range.
Scarifying personal time on public holiday, weekends, night time to work but not always can get a replacement leave from manager. Worked hard but only received average ratings and increment. Manager can rate based on perception and own preference instead of actual kpi met.
No! I feel taken care of
Review from Product Dept

They're friendly and awesome on night shift!
Diversity and experince needs to be valued
there is a lot of favoritism especially with the lead.
Instill a better succession planning infrastructure along with improve length of time in role before moving into new positions.

Better management, not just ones who care about money, but want high-quality items
Bring in some leaders from other companies/industries at every level to bring some new ideas and shift the culture.
Credit to the people committed to doing the right things that made our company what it is today
Hybrid, flexibility to work remotely, eliminate old working style (needs to show face and work late in office), work life balance,
The people, however that was over 11 years ago.
Behaviour based, logical m, straightforward questions
Recruiter was solid in communication
Interview was not super challenging but allowed me the chance to get to know manager and the company better
The interest shown by interviewing panel about my experiences and what i would bring
interview process lacks formality and no follow up

Communication and organization, loyalty respect
Better questions asked to the potential employee
better communication from recruitment team regarding status of applications
More time, multiple interviews, and some training for the managers doing the interviews. We hire the wrong person more often than the right person. The ability to balance short terms needs and long term success is very lacking.
The challenges and the wins.
Is the lider in our market
Going to a stable job
Company is customer centric and provides all that needed to excel in achieving excellence
Review from Operations Dept
The people and the type of work
decrease in quality of products, ongoing backorders due to inventory cut backs, and inability for executive team to take decisive action on known issues

Quality is taking a nosedive
Culture has shifted to a “subjective”, non-performance based assessment of personnel performance. And has shifted away from a culture based on sustainable ?
Review from Marketing Dept
You can't expect things to be done both fast and right.
Review from Product Dept
The people at the company

Forward thinking, flexibility in work
