Better management, not just ones who care about money, but want high-quality items
Bring in some leaders from other companies/industries at every level to bring some new ideas and shift the culture.

Hybrid, flexibility to work remotely, eliminate old working style (needs to show face and work late in office), work life balance,
Performance based criteria created for advancement within Alcon and holding associated accountable to execute against stated criteria versus promoting associates based on relationships with leadership.
