It has been a great company to work for. there is a great balance of work and family life. They do may activities through out the year to show they care about the employees. The only problem is pay. at least in my office it is well below for the industry and can be hard to move up.
Scaled Agile gives us opportunities to make decisions and own the results
i like coming to work, i like my tasks, i am trusted and respected. it can be annoying at every work place from time to time. that is subject to human interaction :)
