listen more to devs requirements
- Better management. They did stock repurchases and paid dividends worth 4Bil eur in last 4 years. At the same time increased the company's debt by 4 Bil. This is stupidity when you borrow to pay shareholders. - Get the organic growth instead of in-organic growth. Behave like tech company.

Stop firing directors whenever they tell something is wrong, since this creates a toxic entreprise culture where every manager lies to his chief.
