- Better management. They did stock repurchases and paid dividends worth 4Bil eur in last 4 years. At the same time increased the company's debt by 4 Bil. This is stupidity when you borrow to pay shareholders. - Get the organic growth instead of in-organic growth. Behave like tech company.

Being more open about raises and promotions instead of being totally silent about it or giving some nonesense talk to avoid questions
The compensation as compared to other technology company for R&D is not competitive Better pay package , Medical benefits and 401k contribution It is comparable to a travel industry but not at all comparable to a technology company hence for skilled R&D the options outside are far more lucrative
For long term employees, scale correction is not done periodically.
- Offer equity to employees and make them feel part of the company. - Distribute faire share of profits. - Adjust salaries to match market. And stop comparing yourself with MAFAANGs. You are no where near. - Provide better evolution opportunities to technical people. Learn from other companies.

A lot of experienced engineers have left 1A which is big loss of knowledge but the team spirit and 1A culture is rebuild with the new joinees

- Too much of fluff in the meetings. Make them short and to the point. - Managers have no idea some times what you are speaking about. - You explain same point to multiple times to same people in the process and you call it innovation funnel and after all this you go nowhere.

- Average interview process. - Obviously you get what you pay for. For the offering of the company its really tough to attract talent. - No joining bonus / equity. Below average salary. Fix these first instead of advertising about the region. Tell why amadeus is good not why french riviera is good.
