Knowing my role has a purpose, that me and my colleagues all pull together to reach our goals, and that I learn something new every day from my talent peers.

The openness. They are completely transparent and there are never any surprises for the team and company. There is also very clearly a duty of care shown to employees from leadership. We as employees matter to them. The executive team have always been there at a moments notice when I've needed it

Definitely the trust and openness. No one is scared to say they are struggling if they are, no one is nervous to share their opinion. This is very healthy, and allows us to work in a "without fear" manner. Its ok to be yourself at amazee.io, and you'll never be judged for it.

I was kept informed each step of the way, and not made to feel like "another applicant". I was treated like I was part of the team from the very first reply to my initial application. It was a very "human" process. You get the sense that you aren't just being assessed, but also encouraged.
