Great flexibility and work-life balance

The nature of the industry where amazee.io sits is very fast pace and ever changing. However we learn and onboard new technologies with patience, clarity, and sound reasoning. The company is diverse and is quite open to people of all backgrounds, including those with families.

Even though we are spread around the globe, we feel like a tight knit team. The one or two occasions in the year that we get to see each other in person is always a special time - we enjoy each other's company. (Maybe being remote helps that sometimes!)

The trust and the collaborative culture. Success is a company's success. A failure is a company's failure. We act and work like a unique entity...a team!

The great culture is one of the most important parts of our company. Even though we are fully remote and are distributed across the world, our culture is better than in any other company I have ever worked for.

Definitely the trust and openness. No one is scared to say they are struggling if they are, no one is nervous to share their opinion. This is very healthy, and allows us to work in a "without fear" manner. Its ok to be yourself at amazee.io, and you'll never be judged for it.

Its the openness and camaraderie among the team. We are all fully remote, but it doesn't feel like this. amazee.io offers a trusted platform, everyone is welcome, everyone is heard and all input is highly appreciated.
