What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very creative and interesting.
The interview process was smooth and organized between meetings with HR, completing the assessment, and meeting the team. It was one of the best interviewing processes I have had.
The AMA (Ask Me Anything) rounds of interviews - being able to meet a collection of potential colleagues and have a laugh.
The AMA: Ask Me Anything. It is the part of the process where we can see if the candidate fits the amazee.io culture. You could be the best Software Engineer or Kubernetes expert, but if you don't fit our culture, amazee.io is not the place for you.
The way it's constructed, it feels like actually interacting with humans and it's not built to be robotic
Everyone gets the chance to meet their potential co-workers during the interview process.
I was kept informed each step of the way, and not made to feel like "another applicant". I was treated like I was part of the team from the very first reply to my initial application. It was a very "human" process. You get the sense that you aren't just being assessed, but also encouraged.
The interview process was very straight forward and organised. At every stage it was clear what was expected and timely feedback was given. No wrong promises have been made along the entire application process. I felt valued as a person and not only as a candidate.
