
My team, is great! competent, responsible, diverse, and they all carry a great attitude.
The casualness and humanity. Sometimes it gets lost, but at least they espouse a level of common understanding which is base layer for creating a good culture.
I guess the EAP which has actually helped me and my family. It is tied with paid vacation, but I think the paid vacation is a more common benefit in most companies.
communication. we still haven't figured out how to make everyone work as a team. We have teams that work together, but don't understand what each other does. fly people around to get hands on, conduct overviews, meet and greets, cross-team anything. All stake holders should understand eachother.
We have a few people that are trying. Most people are not really involved in creating culture, but are participating on some level; But we have a few people that are really trying to move beyond that, create a positive work space, break down the isolation, and improve the overall environment.
