I am a registered job seeker at a Los Angeles AppleOne office. I can honestly share that I have never been treated so poorly, so shabbily as I have by every Recruiter Rep I've encountered at multiple offices in LA County. Zero communication skills and their own agendas. Very weird.

Does not apply to my experience with AppleOne. The recruiters I interacted with were all very asleep at the wheel.

AppleOne may provide some type of benefits, but their salaries for posted jobs are usually very low compared to the market.

Allow clients to actually fill their roles and stop blowing off job seekers that are liked and qualified and want to be hired by your clients. Again, my experience was extremely odd but it's the truth.

Hire recruiters and business development staff that are excited to be there and to place job seekers in roles. I'm shocked by their unprofessionalism and the cost to the company by getting in the way of placement.

Treat job seekers with respect. Give feedback after interviews and throughout the process. If this is how you treat job seekers, what are you saying to clients trying to fill roles? My experience with AppleOne has not been normal. It's cruel to not share that a client wanted to hire me.
