Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Followed up and worked to resolve web timecard issue until it was resolved.
They listen and are very caring
Very hands on and involved in day to day
They understand the importance of family, and work/life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat job seekers with respect. Give feedback after interviews and throughout the process. If this is how you treat job seekers, what are you saying to clients trying to fill roles? My experience with AppleOne has not been normal. It's cruel to not share that a client wanted to hire me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The sales expectations continuously move the bar forward, and few employees meet those expectations.
AppleOne may provide some type of benefits, but their salaries for posted jobs are usually very low compared to the market.
I would like to see more recognition and compensation for staff with longevity who've contributed to the company's success.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Does not apply to my experience with AppleOne. The recruiters I interacted with were all very asleep at the wheel.
Effective communication is the key. I think we could all learn how to communicate more effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
teamwork is our strength and guiding principle
The management team is extremely supportive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire recruiters and business development staff that are excited to be there and to place job seekers in roles. I'm shocked by their unprofessionalism and the cost to the company by getting in the way of placement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was professional and thorough.
I like the panel interview approach that was taken.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Allow clients to actually fill their roles and stop blowing off job seekers that are liked and qualified and want to be hired by your clients. Again, my experience was extremely odd but it's the truth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with my coworkers and interacting with satisfied clients.
