What did you like most about the interview process? It was professional and thorough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?teamwork is our strength and guiding principle
What do you like best about the leadership team?Followed up and worked to resolve web timecard issue until it was resolved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The sales expectations continuously move the bar forward, and few employees meet those expectations.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Allow clients to actually fill their roles and stop blowing off job seekers that are liked and qualified and want to be hired by your clients. Again, my experience was extremely odd but it's the truth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?see above. this is getting repetitive.
