My experience has been good, I have learned a lot about the industry and CAR-T therapy along with refining skills I had learned at previous institutions. Overall, the experience has been a very positive one and I hope to continue to have more positive experiences at Arcellx.

Being able to learn from my manager and coworker regarding their specialties, and discovering more about how our drug product works.

Everyone on the leadership team gives good feedback regarding what you are doing well and what could be improved on in a positive connotation.

I do not feel undervalued, but a raise to match my experience and contributions to the company would make me feel better about the compensation. Otherwise, the compensation is very good.

Everyone on my team is not only knowledgeable of their respective specialties, but they are very excited to show and teach others about it. This job has provided me with experiences and training that I would likely not receive at other companies which has made me very excited to come in to work!

Everyone, even though it can get busy, will offer a hand to help out with anything which has been an amazing culture to perform this job in. At other companies, most of my coworkers would not go out of their way to help with anything even if they did not have anything to do.
