Leadership is really great at navigating through complexities of drug development, raising financing, building external collaboration. Internally the company culture is really fun and caring.

I think leadership tries harder than most to create fun, positive, and inclusive culture. As companies grow that becomes harder and hard, but i believe leadership is genuine with this.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Ensure that company culture is encouraged in all departments. Seems some department have very good culture and they hire for both talent and culture but other department do not seem to care about culture fit. Ensure that top to bottom culture is consistent.

Patient focus, being guided by science, making decisions that will actually lead to a manufacturing friendly product

Research directions should be made more clearly to research team to know the priorities. Company development is also seems unclear to research as quarterly meeting is not enough. HR should also make better effort to introduce and notify new employees at all levels
