Everyone seems to be engaged and collaborative. There are less silos between the department and team members are willing to absorb additional responsibilities and support aggressive timelines.

Everyone, even though it can get busy, will offer a hand to help out with anything which has been an amazing culture to perform this job in. At other companies, most of my coworkers would not go out of their way to help with anything even if they did not have anything to do.
HR team does a great job creating super fun events. Lots of focus on staff with free lunches, great snacks and occasional massages.

the commercial drug would transform our industry
Lack of worklife ballance and respect of non working hours / time off. Micromanaging, cannot differentiate between tasks that need oversight and tasks that direct reports and do. No meaningful action taken after HR complaints of team memeber's refusal to work as a team.
