Mike is a very nice person but he should not be CEO. He has difficulty making tough decisions and often settles for what someone else suggests. This has led to a major leadership issue throughout ArenaNet. Mike is a brilliant programmer and excels where caring for the customer/player are concerned. He truly wants to do right and well; just doesn't always get there.

Amazing. Honestly the best thing about ANet is the ability to have a life outside of work.
How does ArenaNet make decisions around promotions?
On the publishing side it's a matter of popularity and getting the right people to like you. On the development side it's about talent and what you put into the job.
How's the vacation policy at ArenaNet?
Pretty much open. If your work is done there will be very little standing in your way of taking time off.
