Meetings are targeted, have established goals, prepared/informed participants and "get stuff done" versus meander through pointless discussion or speculation. Associate time is valued and consideration for commitments is important here.

The Team is relaxed, competent, engaged and focused on goals without needless fire-drills, distractions or assignments that take time, energy and focus away from the mission at hand. Came from a comparable Insurance/Financial Services company where "Fire!" was the norm; thankfully NOT here!

Pre-screening with the Hiring Manager and Subject Matter Experts after an HR Screening was focused on my previous experience, knowledge, certifications and expertise. A final round with the proposed Internal Client was a formality to ensure competence and synergy - which was relevant to the role.

The Leadership Team is engaged, cognizant of what needs to be accomplished, how it should be done and available to both demonstrate and lead the process. They are hands-on or delegate with sufficient instruction to set clear expectations for goals and participate as needed, but do not micromanage.
