The Leadership Team is engaged, cognizant of what needs to be accomplished, how it should be done and available to both demonstrate and lead the process. They are hands-on or delegate with sufficient instruction to set clear expectations for goals and participate as needed, but do not micromanage.

The executive management team of Assurant is highly educated, concerned about employee welfare, and places the client in high regard.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen more to your employees.

To understand our needs and lowe the call volume.

The leadership team or execs must understand the market pay rates is higher than what is offered. Even with the purported overtime pay we are still lower than other companies.

Lead Tech need to do his work the right way and be fair with his employees

Increase current salaries for employee especially the one dealing with the customers and their yelling and complaining for no reason

Treating employees like people not just numbers

Less socializing, less over worlinf the fromt line. There was a time when employees were required to rate leadership and that system was removed. Ot worked because employees and leadership were accountable to each other.

Trustworthyness, loyalty, appreciation, look after their people, and not always look to pass blame
