The leadership team or execs must understand the market pay rates is higher than what is offered. Even with the purported overtime pay we are still lower than other companies.
Lead Tech need to do his work the right way and be fair with his employees
Increase current salaries for employee especially the one dealing with the customers and their yelling and complaining for no reason
Treating employees like people not just numbers
Less socializing, less over worlinf the fromt line. There was a time when employees were required to rate leadership and that system was removed. Ot worked because employees and leadership were accountable to each other.
