Pre-screening with the Hiring Manager and Subject Matter Experts after an HR Screening was focused on my previous experience, knowledge, certifications and expertise. A final round with the proposed Internal Client was a formality to ensure competence and synergy - which was relevant to the role.

It was a fairly easy process
