They were simple questions, I think you have to be confident in yourself and hold your values in whatever they ask. Then it seems easy.

Barrick pays at P-50. Middle of the road, I believe if they a little more competitively they would have better retention with front line supervisors.

They support me and my direction of where I want to go in the company. I like that they do partake in employee education and training.

I feel that I am under paid because other industries pay this position about 25% more than what I am receiving but because of my management team I stay for now
