Barrick pays at P-50. Middle of the road, I believe if they a little more competitively they would have better retention with front line supervisors.

Act as a team, practice the "One team One mission all the time" not just when it suites them. It is very cut-throat. When times are good everyone is supportive, when times are bad everyone points fingers. That is not how things should be. We rise and fall together.

There is no focus on personal development and growth internally. The leadership speaks in a cultish manner and if you oppose them then you just do not have any vision Management often speaks to its employees in a very disrespectful tone
