Lean and agile. You can open conversations with all levels of the organization. I feel respected and encouraged to contribute.

There is zero communication from Leadership. Everything is purposely vague and cryptic which promotes discontent from the employees

Total rewards package is very rewarding compared to other industries. We have our own clinic and our benefits team is always looking to improve.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Barrick pays at P-50. Middle of the road, I believe if they a little more competitively they would have better retention with front line supervisors.

I feel that I am under paid because other industries pay this position about 25% more than what I am receiving but because of my management team I stay for now

employees are discouraged by random acts of management and promotion of people without experience working in operations. Compensation can help retain in those circumstances but long-term those actions drive people away.

They were simple questions, I think you have to be confident in yourself and hold your values in whatever they ask. Then it seems easy.

There is no focus on personal development and growth internally. The leadership speaks in a cultish manner and if you oppose them then you just do not have any vision Management often speaks to its employees in a very disrespectful tone
