Unfortunately as large companies go,one hand doesnt communicate with the other veruy well. This is learned and widely accepted, which is not productive.

Barrick pays at P-50. Middle of the road, I believe if they a little more competitively they would have better retention with front line supervisors.

I feel that I am under paid because other industries pay this position about 25% more than what I am receiving but because of my management team I stay for now
