    My view on "home office policy" is based on two company values that we have - freedom and responsibility. Basically I can work from home anytime I need, but I really need to take care that all work that needs to be done is done, my colleagues are informed and that I attend all meetings that I need to attend.

  • Be yourself. You’re either going to fit in, or not. And if not, you wouldn’t be happy here anyway. Also, if you really want the job, you can always show motivation to learn stuff you don’t know in order to be able to do the job correctly. Motivation is sometimes more important than experience.
