I see Geographical Biasness in my department, which might not be the case in all departments. US leader acknowledging and recognizing US employee and completely ignoring Indian employees.

Bloomreach really values and takes care of its employees. Everyone has the opportunity to provide input and influence broader decision making. Everyone works hard when at work - and when on vacation others really respect that that person is away. I love being at Bloomreach.

The benefits are likely average for this type of company; however, they are not as strong as other companies I've worked for. The stock compensation and bonus structure seem low compared to similar companies.

We don't have any benefits beyond healthcare with the company. When joining I thought equity options would be stronger to compensate for the lack of benefits but that was not the case.

Although the team is filled with very clever people with lots of experience - there are no ego's - we support each other and share ideas freely, and if one persons solution or idea is improved on by someone else - we all happy - we value all improvements and corrections!

Understand, that if the company is growing, some things need to change, but it doesn't mean that it is changing to a typical corporate. Exponea is never going to be a corporate unless the CEO and Investor are the same.
