What did you like most about the interview process?

The process was Swift and candid

Very friendly and transparent recruiters.

This was the longest interviewing process I've experienced in 20 years and I'm grateful for it. It allowed me to meet all team members, and those outside the team, to get a true perspective on who the company is, what they do, why they do it and why they like working here.

the genuine recruiter is an amazing person, and has worked at the company ever since I joined. She has an amazing impact to make the first experience amazing.

The final - Cultural Fit - interview - the company takes their values VERY seriously, they live them everyday and understand that it's CRITICAL to ensure that people who join the company will be able to live within our environment.

I had almost 5-6 rounds of interview, I was always kept in loop informing me current status of my candidature. I was always made comfortable during each interview round at the start. I was always given freedom to ask as many questions as I wanted about the company.

Engineering positions typically include a hands-on example project to be prepared independently, using the open-source product code. Candidates and future colleagues all get to experience something very close to the real job before deciding if there's a good hiring fit.
