Severe compensation / workload disparity across the entire company. Some employees make double or more than others for 1/4 the amount of work as some of the younger, newer employees.

I used to love going to work every day until recently because my team leader is rude and the expectations are unrealistic and it's hard to plan a vacation. We were told to submit 3 months in advance and I did and now they have asked all staff to submit so they can make a decision on who gets it.
I love working here. I wish I would have started working here sooner.
