Change is slow to implement and there is a need for more courage in upper leadership to make impactful meaningful change.
Including all employees as employees and stop pitting union and non-union against each other. Examples, employee meetings do not include union employees. Apparently they dont count as employees?
Sharing of information, leadership witholds knowlege to perform tasks.
they need to be more patient, and give all people of different diversity the right to work and advocate for themselves, not side one against one just because one of them does not belong to the same kind !! or have a different accent of English or whatsoever called you are not belong to here...
Changing rules for productivity outside of actual set goals, changing PTO time rules for certain people, letting team leaders harass staff and treat them bad. Not sticking up for staff that is getting treated bad and harrassed by team leaders. Not letting staff schedule vacations in advance.

A person should be valued for their education and skill level not judged on their direct verbal communication, observations and opinions which are not in agreement with management.
Treat me like a person and not a number. Quit hiring friends and family over those with experience in the industry. Friends and family csuse disarray.
My friends are earning more
Pay for women could be higher, is low.
I'm a contractor worker, so there are no benefits, but there were no rights also...
We support each other. We work hard and accomplish great thing together.

The talent and diverse viewpoints
They all are very supportive
We all work well together.
My boss is extremely patient and clearly trains you on how to do anything he is showing you. My coworker is great.
Stop being followers or fearful of expressing their opinions.
Working together attracts new employees who are excited to learn. Onboarding during virtual times I dont even know my entire team. Many coworkers have not reached out. Don't even know what they do.
better communication is very important, and when there's an issue is to solve it or resolve it not to make it worse and point fingers against others...
Inclusion and diversity. All people are treated equally regardless of race, age, culture, religion. Respect is universal.

The process was clearly laid out.
The interviewers were very nice
It was a Zoom meeting and I got the feel of how my boss was as a person.
People were positive and forthcoming
Process needs to be streamlined
Have open minded people perform interviews. Good that more than 1 person interviews due to personality differences

The flexibility of the schedule
Working from home and knowing that i can adjust my schedule if needed
I can't pick just one thing--it is everything!
Stable job as we cannot seem to hire. Keep losing candidates to other more worker friendly companies. This allows tge company to outsource offshore. Which is most likely what they want, outsourcing.
Outsourcing of key functions and horrible communication
Labor relations are no help. They only want to talk on the phone so there's no paper trail of situations you're trying to work through
My new team leader is rude and gets to treat us however she wants to and no support if it's reported.
