Our culture and focus on appreciating and vlauing diveristy in all aspects of the word.

We have monthly team buildings

Working remotely and turning off the computer at the end of the day

Values are demonstrated from the top down.

Struggling to find any positives at this point. If you are non-union, the company pays you to take care of kids, parents, runnerrands, etc. while on the clock. If you are union, you are forced to use personal time for everything and drain bamks due to COVID

a fake and creating positive there is no real positive about the culture because it has died in that environment...
