better communication is very important, and when there's an issue is to solve it or resolve it not to make it worse and point fingers against others...
reaching out to each other, having the intention to help each other, and to advocate own time to help others and make the team success not to humiliate others, or side others against others...
they need to be more patient, and give all people of different diversity the right to work and advocate for themselves, not side one against one just because one of them does not belong to the same kind !! or have a different accent of English or whatsoever called you are not belong to here...
