We operate like a family. We know each other on a personal level, and truly enjoy working together. Everyone always helps each other out, and puts others up.

How thoughtful and intentional it was. It was clear to me they were stringent about their hires, despite needing the manpower desperately. They took culture seriously, and were committed to finding the right fit.
