What is the best part about your compensation package?
Many options for healthcare. Good stock options.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always meeting new people. Interact with other coworkers everyday (even workers not on my team).

People are allowed to be themselves here. Diversity in personality, thought processes, approaches, and specialties are celebrated and help make what we do and the environment in which we do it so much better. The whole is more than the sum of its parts.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewers made it more of a conversation than a one-sided interview

There are standard interview sessions with managers and teammates, but also a presentation component. The presentation gives candidates a chance to prepare something specifically and offers an additional context for both the candidate and the company which helps everyone learn more about each other.

You get to speak with multiple people, both on the team for which you're aiming to join and those in other departments. This provides you with great detail about how the company operates and the types of people who work here.

Great people to work with. Work is meaningful.

The people that I get the opportunity to work with daily are so smart and supportive. Even if I am having a bad day, I know that the people around me will help me out however the can. Plus the projects we get to work on are energizing. When you are building a brand - and a category - things get FUN!
