The interview process at BlueConic is intense, but I appreciate it because you realize that it truly does make sure everyone that makes it on the BlueCrew truly belongs and fits.

There are standard interview sessions with managers and teammates, but also a presentation component. The presentation gives candidates a chance to prepare something specifically and offers an additional context for both the candidate and the company which helps everyone learn more about each other.

You get to speak with multiple people, both on the team for which you're aiming to join and those in other departments. This provides you with great detail about how the company operates and the types of people who work here.
