What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process at BlueConic is intense, but I appreciate it because you realize that it truly does make sure everyone that makes it on the BlueCrew truly belongs and fits.

They hire people, not CVs. It's important how you are and what's your principles.

The presentation gives candidates a chance to prepare something specifically and offers an additional context for both the candidate and the company which helps everyone learn more about each other.
