What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their passion for the company and its growth. They clearly care about the employees and their happiness. Keeping up with the pace of the market and its demand is hard and can be taxing on your team, but our executive team makes sure we have fun even when we're working our tails off.
The leadership team provides a great environment for growth and expressing our ideas.
They are hard working, open and honest. They are always willing to help and no task or person is too small for them. They are realistic and have a vision and expectations that are communicated clearly.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
EVERYTHING. From our competitive salaries, to the regular raises and bonuses to the great work from home benefits, this company truly knows how to treat its employees well and make sure they are rewarded for their hard work.
1-Salary/hourly rate. 2- Flexible hours 3-Paid pension 4-Paid holiday, vacation and sick days
Pay is fair, days off are generous, benefits are on par with what I would expect with many options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We pay below market rate for most sales roles. It can be made up in commission, but it would be nice if we were more competitive on that aspect.

What are some of the best things about your team?
HUMOR. I spend the majority of my day working hard and making sure that we are delivering and improving on our processes to deliver faster and more efficiently, but in between that hard work, I'm laughing hard with my incredibly witty colleagues.
1-They share their knowledge. 2- They communicate well with each other. 3-They offer each other support. 4-Team members are diverse.
Everyone has their own area of expertise that they work to share with others and help to educate and improve the organization.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process at BlueConic is intense, but I appreciate it because you realize that it truly does make sure everyone that makes it on the BlueCrew truly belongs and fits.
They hire people, not CVs. It's important how you are and what's your principles.
Interviewers made it more of a conversation than a one-sided interview
