What makes you most happy at work?My co-workers and the feeling of true teamwork and group effort.
What are some of the best things about your team?HUMOR. I spend the majority of my day working hard and making sure that we are delivering and improving on our processes to deliver faster and more efficiently, but in between that hard work, I'm laughing hard with my incredibly witty colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We pay below market rate for most sales roles. It can be made up in commission, but it would be nice if we were more competitive on that aspect.
