It's certainly hard and challenging work, but work that I embrace conducting each and every day due to the amazing culture, clearly laid out team/business objectives, and freedom to "own" every facet of my day-to-day tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone clearly knows what's expected of them on a daily basis and no one is micro-managed, meaning we feel comfortable being proactive in each of our respective roles and with our respective day-to-day duties.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to map out what I think I should be working on, get feedback from my direct manager regarding said plans, and actually dig in and get to work on agreed-upon projects/tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone specializes in their own unique, niche aspect of our team focus. So, to educate others on the team and improve their skill sets, we often present our latest projects and findings in weekly meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to speak with multiple people, both on the team for which you're aiming to join and those in other departments. This provides you with great detail about how the company operates and the types of people who work here.
