We pay below market rate for most sales roles. It can be made up in commission, but it would be nice if we were more competitive on that aspect.

We share a goal and are always striving towards those milestones together. We can look around and see the effort that we are all putting in together to motivate us.

It was thoughtful and thorough, but the whole process did not take too long nor get too intense at any point.
